Step 1: The Awareness and Feeling

  • This first question is a gentle invitation to check in with yourself. It asks you to notice the automatic thought, feeling, or assumption that comes to mind in response to the day's energy. There is no right or wrong answer. The simple act of noticing is the most important part.

Step 2: The Action

  • This second question empowers you to be the author of your day. Based on your reflection, you are invited to choose a small, concrete, positive action you can take. This moves you from a passive state of feeling to an active state of doing.
